Cancellation Policy for Soccer Training Program:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellation of your participation in our soccer training program. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review our cancellation policy outlined below.

Cancellation Notice:
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your scheduled soccer training session. This allows us to adjust schedules, make arrangements, and offer the slot to another participant. We recommend notifying us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your registration to allow other interested participants the opportunity to join the program.

Cancellation Methods:
Cancellations are to be made online through the same booking platform, Satori, that you used to schedule your training session. The cancellation will only be acknowledged if done through the booking platform. Log in to your Satori account or access your booking by the confirmation email, locate the session you wish to cancel, and follow the prompts to cancel. Please ensure you receive a cancellation confirmation via email.

 

Late Cancellation or No-Show:
a. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session or failure to attend without prior notice will be considered a "late cancellation" or "no-show."
b. In case of a late cancellation or no-show, the session will be deducted from your package/session.

 

Refunds and Rescheduling:
a. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
b. Refunds or rescheduling requests for missed sessions due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergency) will be considered on a case-by-case basis and require appropriate documentation.

 

Make-Up Sessions:
a. We understand that unexpected events can occur. If you provide at least 24 hours' notice of your absence, we will do our best to accommodate you with a make-up session, subject to availability.
b. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed and depend on session availability.

 

Instructor Cancellation:
a. In the rare event that a soccer training session needs to be canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, instructor unavailability), we will notify you as soon as possible.
b. In such cases, participants will be offered a make-up session or a refund for the canceled session.

 

Package Expiry:
a. Please note that our soccer training session packages have an expiration date.
b. Make sure to use all sessions within the specified timeframe; expired sessions will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

 

Policy Updates:
This cancellation policy is subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email or through our official website.
